'19 Kids and Counting' Star Jill Dillard Rumored to be Pregnant with Baby Number Two

Jill Dillard of reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting" is once again rumored to be pregnant with baby number two. According to a report by Design and Trend, the reality star was speculated to be expecting after she posted a photo on her Instagram account. The photo showed her together with her family, husband Derick Dillard and first born Israel David, celebrating Easter Sunday in El Salvador.

With the caption "Happy day late! Jesus is alive! :-) #dillardfamily," fans flocked the post with comments asking if she is pregnant. Some of her followers commented on Jill's belly by saying that she looks pregnant. Others also pointed out that it seems like she is wearing a maternity shirt and a hint of a baby bump can be seen, although it's not clear as the photo is cut midsection and no one can really tell if it's really a baby or just an angle that makes her look pregnant.

Despite the rumors spreading, the couple has not made any news or confirmation yet which is different from their first pregnancy. As detailed in Star Pulse, it can be remembered that Jill and Derick shared the news of their first pregnancy very early on. If they are truly pregnant with their second, they may have decided to wait a bit longer to announce.

Some of the fans are excited about it. One Instagram user wrote, "I hope you are pregnant!!! I would Love to see how this turns out!!!!" However, there are some who expressed their concern as the family is currently living in Central America where they are doing missionary work. Reports say that the Zika virus has been recently found in that area and Jill's alleged unborn baby runs the risk of being affected by the epidemic virus.

There are also rumors going around that the couple encountered some problems while looking after their son. If the Duggar sibling is indeed pregnant, it may make things more difficult. The couple has yet to speak to the rumors.
